The Art of Living

Keiko Harada is an interior designer with a poetic eye for simplicity, emotion, and quiet beauty. Born and raised in Osaka, she began her journey at Doshisha University in Kyoto before crossing the Pacific to study interior design at FIDM in Los Angeles. Her path then led to Milan, where she earned a Master’s in Interior Design from the prestigious Scuola Politecnica di Design and worked with the world-renowned firm Lissoni Associati.

For over a decade, Keiko served as Senior Designer at Boffi Los Angeles, refining her sensibility for materials, spatial clarity, and European craftsmanship. The combination of these global influences, Japan’s disciplined minimalism, Europe’s timeless elegance, and California’s natural ease has shaped her distinctive design language.

Through her studio, Keiko brings a thoughtful and deeply personal approach to every project. Her work is not only about beauty, but about creating homes that resonate with the rhythms of daily life,  interiors that are calm, artful, and enduring.

In addition to full-scope interior design, Studio Keiko offers a bespoke art advisory, guiding clients in cultivating meaningful collections and integrating art as a natural extension of the architecture and interiors.
